Terms of Service

BakerZonePH gives home bakers tools to manage orders, customers, products, and a public profile, and gives visitors a marketplace to discover bakers and their cakes. Baker accounts are currently invite-based. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

• Keep your login credentials to yourself and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• What you upload stays yours. By publishing content (a public profile, gallery photos), you give us permission to display it on BakerZonePH — that’s what publishing means here — and you can unpublish at any time.
• Only publish photos and information you have the right to share. If a photo shows a customer’s name or face, get their consent first.
• Customer records you keep in BakerZonePH are your responsibility: collect only what you need and honor your customers’ privacy requests. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle that data on your behalf.

BakerZonePH is a directory, not a party to any sale. Orders, prices, payments, delivery, and the cakes themselves are arranged directly between baker and customer, and food quality and safety are the baker’s responsibility. We don’t process marketplace payments and we don’t guarantee any baker’s work — we show real photos and real information so customers can judge for themselves.

There is a free plan with monthly limits on how many orders and customers you can add, and paid plans that raise or remove them. Reaching a limit never deletes anything: your existing records stay exactly as they are, you simply can’t add more until the next month or until you upgrade. Paid plans are billed as described at signup. Plan features and prices can change; we’ll give existing subscribers reasonable notice before a change affects them. If a subscription lapses, your data stays intact — you just lose access to paid features until you resubscribe.

The money tools are a record-keeping aid, not accounting or tax advice. Totals reflect only what you enter, so they are as accurate as your own record-keeping and nothing more. Don’t treat them as books of account, financial statements, or anything ready to file with the BIR — check with an accountant for that. You own your records and can delete them at any time.

Features like the inquiry parser and photo tagging use AI models and can make mistakes. They pre-fill and suggest; you confirm. Always review AI output before relying on it for an order.

• Use the platform only for a lawful baking business.
• No scraping, bulk-harvesting baker information, or abusing rate limits.
• No content that is misleading, infringing, or harmful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

We work to keep BakerZonePH fast and available, but it is provided “as is” — we can’t promise uninterrupted service, and we’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost orders. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
